Early start in the morning? Our Express Check-Out Service is designed to get busy guests on the road sooner. If you have a zero balance, please leave your key card in the room and close the door behind you. Alternatively, please call Reception by 7:00pm the night prior to departure to confirm payment details and an email address.
Accounts are issued on departure and are due for payment immediately. Surcharges may apply for credit card payments (see Credit Cards).
The closet ATMs can be found at the Orange Central Square Shopping Centre, less than a five minute drive away. This location offers NAB, ANZ, St. George, and CBA banks.
Ferment Wine Centre & Store, situated adjacent to Yallungah, is your destination for local wines. Guests can access Ferment through a private gate located just outside Reception. The centre features tastings of wine and gin, alongside a diverse selection of local wines available by the bottle or glass.
Ferment is open six days a week. Monday to Saturday: 11:00am to 8:00pm.
Please contact Reception if you require business services such as photocopying. We will provide services in-house where possible, however more extensive services may need to be outsourced. Fees may apply.
Please note cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to 2:00pm on the day of check-in to avoid a cancellation charge. Cancellations inside this period are subject to a full penalty.
Full prepayment will be taken from the credit card details provided two days prior to your arrival date.
Assigned self-parking for one vehicle per room is available on site for in-house guests. Our team will direct you to your car park. Street parking is available for over-sized or additional vehicles.

Please familiarise yourself with our Emergency Evacuation Plan on the back of the guest room door or in the cabinetry. Also take note of where the stairwells are located if your room is situated on the first floor.

A light housekeeping service including fresh bath linen if required, is provided daily, with a more comprehensive service, including full change of all linen conducted every third day.
Temporary luggage storage is available without charge. If you require assistance with your luggage, please contact Reception.
Guests of the hotel may book The Lamrock Room for a conference, meeting, private lunch or dinner for up to 16 guests. Please contact Reception to discuss availability and costs.
