Mix business with pleasure at Ross Hill Wines, Australia’s first carbon-neutral winery. Enjoy a private wine tasting, behind-the-scenes tour or cooking class amidst the scenic vineyards.

5:00pm – Wine Tasting & Dinner at Rowlee Dining

Indulge in a tasting of exquisite, estate-grown wines at Rowlee Wines, a family-run vineyard in the heart of Orange. Discover their passion for cool-climate varietals and experience the unique terroir of the region. Following your tasting enjoy an evening of shared plates, delicious drinks, and generous hospitality at Rowlee Dining and Bar, also located on the picturesque Rowlee vineyard estate.

Day 2 – Strategic Planning & Local Delights

7:30am – Breakfast at Yallungah Boutique Hotel

Begin your day with an energising two-course à la carte breakfast (seating from 7:30 am to 9:30 am) in the elegant Yallungah Dining Room. Enjoy fresh Orange produce and a tea or espresso coffee while reviewing your agenda for the day.

9:00am – Strategic Planning Session in the Lamrock Room

Conduct a strategic planning session in Yallungah Boutique Hotel’s well-equipped Lamrock Room, benefiting from natural light and executive amenities. Enjoy a locally-sourced morning tea catered by Yallungah’s culinary team or a local favourite like the acclaimed Racine bakery.

12:30pm – Lunch at Byng St Local Store

A short walk across the road from Yallungah, Byng Street Local Store, the ‘café with the red door’ has become an Orange icon, known and loved for it’s delicious food, excellent Allpress Espresso and friendly staff. Byng Street Local Store, known to locals just as “Byng Street”, is a table service venue that serves breakfast and lunch seven days a week.

1:30pm – Breakout Groups on Yallungah’s Front Terrace

Elevate team collaboration by utilising the estate’s front lawn and terrace, perfect for breakout sessions or team building exercises.

3:00pm – Afternoon Activity  

Option 1 – Private Fly-Fishing Experience at Printhie Wines

Discover a unique blend of sport and serenity at Printhie Wines, a 5-star Halliday-rated winery in the high altitude, cool climate Orange region of NSW on Wiradjuri Land. Enjoy the unique setting to learn, or refine, your technique of fly fishing at Printhie Lake. This tailored private instruction will set you on course for new skills!

Option 2 – 9 Holes of Golf at The Wentworth Orange

This picturesque course is situated amidst rolling hills and offers a truly memorable golfing experience. The Wentworth Orange’s strategic layout presents both challenges and opportunities for players of all skill levels.

5:00pm – A Four-Course Degustation Dinner At Printhie Dining

Your enriching fly-fishing or golfing afternoon will be followed by a four-course degustation dinner including matching wines at Printhie Dining. The Printhie culinary team are committed to using fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced directly from the estate or from trusted regional producers and purveyors, with some treasures even foraged from the surrounding forests.

Day 3 – Rejuvenation & Departure

8:00am – Farewell Breakfast at Yallungah Boutique Hotel

Conclude your corporate retreat with a moment of reflection in the elegant Yallungah Dining Room. Savour a refined two-course à la carte breakfast accompanied by an espresso, leaving rejuvenated and prepared for the journey ahead.
